What an amazing weekend behind. Wow! Let me take a breath before I start.

Well, my lovely reader, take a breath as well and close your eyes. Is there something you want to explore or change in you life? You are standing there right now. How does it feel? Is it a place you want to stay? In front of you there is a thick white line. What do you see on the other side? That is the place of fulfillment, happiness and joy. The place where magic happens. Are you daring to take the step?

Balance coaching is about finding new perspectives to something you are stuck with and want to go forward. It can be anything in your life: shoes, new home, purpose of life, career move, love life, living healthy... You just say it out loud and we will work it out together. Sounds great or what? So, how?

First of course, we will go into your current perspective. Where are you now? How do you feel? After that we will move into finding new perspectives. These can be true eye openers. You might find something that you have been longing to have in your life for a long time, but haven't been able to name it. We call it your resonant perspective.

After finding The perspective we need to brainstorm on how does being and doing in you resonant place look like. Co-Active coaching model is all about this. "Co" meaning the being and "Active" meaning the doing. How are you feeling and what are you doing there? Let's push the limit a bit and be crazy. Go somewhere you haven't been before. I will challenge you.

What then? You need to take the first steps. So let's claim the space and take the step over the thick white line. Let's quite only thinking of doing it but manifest and actually commit do it. What are you saying Yes and No to? Yes, we need to quit doing and feeling something to achieve the things we want. You need to be bold and committed to make it happen! At your pace, one step at a time.
