Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.
In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
Energy Activation Method®
I am a certified Energy Activation Method® Kundalini Yoga Teacher. The method created by Inderjit Kaur Khalsa is a powerful journey into yourself, your power, creativity, and soul through breathwork, kundalini kriyas, and meditation. This work is for anyone who wants to deepen their self-awareness and learn how to work with your energy centers and balance your energy flow. It will help to become more present, connect with yourself, raise your consciousness about what’s going on in your life, and to lead yourself in the direction you want.
Each individual or group session will have a specific focus on each chakra and its theme:

Medicine Yoga
Recovery in movement and rest
I am a certified Medicine Yoga Teacher, taught by Ulrika Berglind a licensed physiotherapist and one of the most experienced professionals in kundalini yoga and medical yoga in Sweden.
Medicine yoga comes out of kundalini yoga, which has its roots in India. A bit carelessly, we can say that medicine yoga is the "light" version of kundalini yoga. In medicine yoga, the variations on the movements and positions are endless and all of them can be done both on a chair or sitting on the floor, or standing. Medicine yoga has several advantages compared to regular exercise. In addition to becoming stronger, more persistent and more mobile, our breathing and mood improve, we lose weight more easily. Thanks to the fact that yoga combines movement and rest, we get the best recovery.
In Sweden Medicine yoga has been used more over than 20 years for mental and physical rehabilitation both by physiotherapists and doctors.
