Revealing The Real Me Workshop

This workshop will help you see and find new exiting sides of yourself and to truly connect to what’s important in your life now. With us you will experience joy {of all sorts} and the sparkly feeling of being fully alive.  

We are integrating Co-Active coaching, Nia and Nia Five Stages to explore our big questions in life and will work both with our bodies and minds. Are you ready to become {more of} who you already are? This workshop is for everyone looking for self-growth and all ages, sexes and bodies are welcome.  

The workshop is hold in Laivurinkatu 35 in Etelä-Helsingin Kansalaisopisto premises. In august we will offer an Early Bird Price 75 euros and after that it will be 90 euros.
